Do your kids dread eating their peas and carrots. I'm Lee Woodruff in the kitchen with Family Fun. With this April fool's prank they're in for a sweet surprise. You'll need peanut butter log candy, peas and carrots candy mix, caramel or butter scotch topping, and vanilla ice cream. On each dinner plate arrange four or five peanut butter logs, to look like chicken nuggets, and a small handful of the candy mix for vegetables. Right before serving add a scoop or more of vanilla ice cream, or frozen yogurt to each plate for mashed potatoes. Top with gravy, a spoonful of caramel sauce, or butter scotch topping. Here's a tip, have a camera ready to capture the surprise.
