About Me
I'm an overreaching, and sometimes overachieving mom to 8, who works as a legal secretary, does webdesign, pixel art, and novel writing in my "spare" time. I do not feel that having a large family limits me one bit! Instead, I view it an adventure in which I have 8 wonderful little lives to inspire and help make all of our dreams come true. About My Family
I am mom to 2 special need children, which has taught me so much about life, tolerance love, and patience. My children simply amaze me. All 8 have have such unique personalities: art, zoology, math, writing, computers, science...oh, and video games! My husband is my rock. He's supportive, understand, and most importantly so much fun! If I had one word to describe my family, it would be silly. Wonderfully silly.

Frozen Pizza Fixes
We do this all the time, and it really does make ordinary frozen pizza special. Also, a lot of stores will have sales on "bare bones" pizzas, so it can really be a deal.

I live on coffee. I agree, Folgers is really great. I buy all the varieties, and do perfer it to many higher-priced coffees.

I make a similar pseudo-lasagna, and it is a regular household favorite. My kids like it almost as much as my regular lasagna (which is so time-consuming we only have it 3-4 times a year). I'll have to try this version. It sounds so yummy!
