Foil Packet Chicken
We did something similar on a camping trip. I foil-wrapped chopped potatoes and peppers, etc, and chucked the whole bag into the fire where I let it roast for half-an-hour or so. It was a hit with everyone.

Wow. This is the ultimate in comfort food.
I bet this would be great with any kind of ground meat- turkey, beef, etc. Mmm.

Wow. I never imagined using eggroll wrappers in place of manicotti, etc. How does it taste? Similar? I've never had them "not-fried."
