The Monorail Description
The Seattle Monorail may not go very far (about a one-mile route), but it is the nation's first full-scale commercial monorail system. And it's a fun, zippy way to get to and from downtown Seattle and Seattle Center, where the Space Needle, Pacific Science Center, and Experience Music Project live.
Planning Notes
- Pick your departure. The Monorail departs every 10 minutes from two locations: Seattle Center (across from Space Needle) and Westlake Center Mall (Fifth and Pine).
