Water Country USA Description
Kids may not have been alive during the 50s and 60s, but the midcentury surfing theme still adds to their refreshing fun at Water Country; they'll even be singing along to the songs blasting out of the speakers by day's end. Super-fast water slides, twisting tube rides, and the surfable wave pool entice the daredevils, while the more sedate lazy river and little kid-sized rides allow the younger ones to get wet at their own speed. The diving show will mesmerize kids of all ages.
Kid Tips
Toddlers & Pre-K: The park offers plenty of places for toddlers to get wet and wild; the H2O UFO and Cow-a-Bunga areas feature walk-in wading, a bubble zone, fountains, and more.
Pre-Teens & Teens: Max out on thrills with the 382-foot drop on the lightning-fast Nitro Racer or the body slides at Rock n' Roll Island.
Planning Notes
- Cabana cool. Get away from the crowds with a cabana rental; lounge chairs, beverages, and privacy are part of the package.
- Vests for small fries. Everyone under 42 inches tall is required to wear a life vest, provided at no charge. Only one ride is off-limits to those under 42 inches, though: Rampage.
- Double up. If you're planning a visit to both Water Country and Busch Gardens, discount tickets are available.

What we loved:
Hubba Hubba Highway
We enjoyed two days here. Very clean water park, tons of slides and plenty of places for younger children to play/swim. The wave pool is ok in size. The Hubba, Hubba Highway is a lazy river on speed, super fun! Read More
