Review for Dallas World Aquarium
There are two different aquariums in Dallas. One in downtown Dallas and the other in Fair Park-- while the names of the aquariums are very similar and are often confused with one another, the aquariums are very different. I havent been to the Dallas World Aquarium, but I see it every time I go to downtown Dallas for a Mavs game. This aquarium is NOT located in Fair Park. The Dallas World Aquarium is located in downtown Dallas. The aquarium in Fair Park used to simply be called "Dallas Aquarium" which leads to this confusion, but has since been renamed to "Childrens Aquarium". Dallas World Aquarium is more expensive, you must pay to park because you are in downtown, but the tanks are much nicer and more variety. Dallas Aquarium is less expensive, free parking unless it is State Fair season, then you will pay for parking AND entry to State Fair, and you can pay to feed and touch the sting rays if you want the hands on experience.
