Schlitterbahn
Good-for-Kids Rating
Water Park
Schlitterbahn Description
The name sounds like a German super highway, which is fitting since the average speed here is pretty fast. There are more than three dozen rides here, with names like Raging River Tube Chute and Downhill Racer -- and more importantly, intriguing descriptions like "over a waterfall" and "precipitous plunge." Daring kids live for the Master Blaster, a water coaster regularly voted "best" on water-ride lists. There are plenty of hot tubs available for parents, too.
Kid Tips
Toddlers & Pre-K: Only four rides in the park have height requirements; the rest is up to your toddler's disposition.
