Bulldog Tours Ghost and Graveyard Tour Description

For kids who have a special spot in their hearts for graveyards and hauntings, a ghost tour is in order. There's nothing like a spooky old graveyard at night, and this tour takes brave souls into one of Charleston's oldest cemeteries on a 90-minute tour that covers about three-quarters of a mile. Listen to stories about the inhabitants of the graveyard as you step over their graves and read their headstones.

Kid Tips

School-Age Kids: Most of the tours are recommended for ages 7 and up. But you're the best judge of your child's readiness.

Planning Notes

  • Bring a camera. But ghosts are hard to catch on film.
  • Which tour? Also available are a Ghost & Dungeon Tour and a Haunted Jail Tour, in which you actually visit the jail cells of the old city jail. The Haunted Jail Tour is the scariest of the three -- keep that in mind so that you don't embarrass your kids by screaming.
