What we didn't love:
Poor customer service

I phoned the shop 4 times in the 2 weeks prior to my Newport visit to arrange for a bike for my 40 inch, 4 year old son and was assured each time that thy would have a seat or a tricycle or training wheels. Upon arrival, no such bike or were there. The clerk offered price reduction upon my return for the inconvenience involved with hiring a cab to go to WalMart to purchase a bike for the visit. br/br/Upon return, the owner was abrupt, bordering on rude and snapped that his clerk had no authority to offer a price reduction. br/br/We rented two bikes. Each had a loose seat, and worn tires. The kick stand on the adult bike was loose and frequently twisted causing the bike to fall.br/br/Generally speaking a poor experience with a "take it or leave it" attitude from the owner for less than ideal bikes. Use another shop if possible, this one doesnt care.
