National Constitution Center Description
The National Constitution Center is the first museum in the world devoted to the United States Constitution. Kids love its hands-on interactive exhibits, where they can vote for their favorite President, take the oath of office, or take the seat of a Supreme Court Justice. Kids with opinions and ideas can even email elected officials on the spot, and touch over 40 life-size bronze statues of the Constitutions' signers and dissenters. Grown-ups will enjoy seeing the tools used during the Watergate break-in.

Kid Tips
Toddlers & Pre-K: The touchable bronze statues are a big hit for kids who are used to hearing "don't touch."
School-Age Kids: Kids love the hands-on exhibits, and there are a lot of eye-opening ways for them to get involved.
Pre-Teens & Teens: The opening multimedia show is engaging, and opinionated teens will appreciate being able to sound off (via email) to elected officials who can make a difference.
Planning Notes
- Go in the late morning or afternoon. School groups tend to tour the museum in the morning, so unless it's summer, avoid the crowds and go a little later.
- Check the website before your visit. The Constitution Center hosts many special events and speakers, so check the schedule before you buy your tickets.
- Reserve tickets in advance. Same-day tickets are usually available, but you can buy tickets from the website in advance with no surcharge.
- Arrive 20 minutes before your entry time. Doing so will allow time for picking up tickets and checking in.
