American Museum of Natural History Description
Children will literally be shaking with pre-dinosaur-sighting excitement as they walk up the broad stone staircase of this world-famous museum. Once inside, the glass-floored walkways allow kids to see the dinosaurs at the creatures' eye level, and the many "please-touch" features make visits very interactive. But there's more than just dinosaurs — the Rose Center for Earth and Space, a planetarium in a 95-foot-high glass cube -- will blow your own childhood planetarium memories right out of the water.
