Las Vegas Monorail Description
Experience the Las Vegas Strip in 15 minutes or less! That's what the Las Vegas Monorail promises, and it is a convenient alternative to walking or taking a cab. The futuristic-looking cars run from one end of the Strip to the other, starting at the Sahara resort and stopping at various points all the way to the MGM Grand. The Strip is deceptively long; while the monorail is really only useful for visiting the resorts and casinos, it's a great option for seeing major attractions without having to make the whole trek on foot. It's also a wise alternative to taxis, which along this route can be as slow as walking.
