Popovich Comedy Pet Theater Description
Russian-born juggler/clown Gregory Popovich takes everyday pets -- dogs, cats, birds, even mice -- and turns them into circus performers in this winning matinee show. Each performer has its own distinct personality -- kids relate to Fido "solving" math problems in a school skit and a cat that jumps high hurdles. The fact that all the animals were rescued from shelters makes the show that much more endearing for older family members. For human astonishment, Popovich contributes his signature juggling act from atop an unsupported ladder.
Kid Tips
School-Age Kids: The pet shtick is a hit with little kids, who also like Popovich's classic clowning.
Pre-Teens & Teens: Older teens might find the show a little goofy, but can't help but be amazed by the pet training.
Planning Notes
- Dine if you like. The theater sells lunch and dinner vouchers at reasonable prices for restaurants in the mall where the theater is located. Diners also get VIP seating.
- Get there well in advance. Ticket-holders are seated as they arrive, so the best seats go to early-birds.
