Lied Discovery Children's Museum Description
Kids create electricity, animation, rivers, and sand dunes at this lively children's museum. Curious kids love the interactive exhibits, which are particularly strong in the natural sciences. The museum provides plenty of stimulating spaces strictly for play, including a miniature grocery store, a puppet theater, and construction zone. Exhibits are clearly separated by age, and parents even get a room of their own (children welcome, of course) stocked with parenting books and magazines.

Babies: A dedicated play space for the youngest museum-goers encourages them to crawl on padded ramps.
Toddlers & Pre-K: The primary focus of the museum, kids 5 and younger run straight for the construction zone. Budding thespians will adore role-playing in costumes.
School-Age Kids: Experimental types like the science exhibits that encourage them to create sand storms and test waterway designs.
