Ryba's Bike Rentals Description
Since the island is car-free, you may wonder how you'll cover the entire island on foot, especially with little ones. The solution? Ryba's Bike Shop, which rents various types of bicycles overnight, by the day, or by the hour. Choose from a number of adults' and kids' bikes, tandem-style bikes, tag-along (good for children who are still unsteady on two wheels), child seats, or trailers. You can also rent a stroller in case you didn't bring one, or if the child who insisted she'd rather walk decides she's had enough!

Toddlers & Pre-K: If you're trying to decide between a bike seat and a trailer, keep in mind the terrain you'll be covering and whether or not your little one will get sleepy during the ride! A trailer can keep your child protected from sun and insects and offers her a cozier spot to nod off.
School-Age Kids: Even if your child is used to riding a two-wheeler, you might consider a tandem-style rather than individual bikesâ¦especially if you plan on venturing far from the hotel. That way, if he tuckers out in the middle of the island, he can rest a bit while Mom or Dad do the pedaling.

- There's a limited number of helmets available. If you have room in your luggage, you may want to bring yours from home; if not, show up early to make sure you get first dibs.
