Fudge is a Mackinac Island tradition, and May's Fudge is a historic landmark. With more than 14 flavors to choose from, there's something for everyone -- from Super Plain Chocolate to Rum Walnut -- and free samples for anyone who wants to taste a flavor before committing. And for those rare kids who don't care for fudge, they offer plenty of other sweets to choose from, like peanut brittle and taffy. Resist the urge to stick the fudge in the fridge if you have any leftovers. They'll last 2-3 weeks at room temperature, but do try to keep them out of the direct sunlight to avoid a meltdown.
