Kid Tips
Babies: Completely stroller accessible and family bathrooms with changing tables are located throughout the mall.
Toddlers & Pre-K: Will love Kulkul Kids (you can drop them off or stay and play with them), which is designed for ages 2-10. Enjoy a cold ice cream at Baskin Robbins or Haagen Daaz. Tots will also enjoy riding the outdoor facing elevators.
School-Age Kids: A mall is . . . a mall. Younger kids will enjoy Kulkul Kids, older kids might like learning about Mayan history that is part of the nightly show under the dome. There is also a bowling alley, lots of snack places, and an arcade at the mall.
Pre-Teens & Teens: The mall takes your picture for free at customer service (pick it up a half-hour later), and older teens will enjoy the tour about how to make tequila (and the free tasting) at Tequila Grill.
Planning Notes
- Bring a light jacket. No matter how hot it is outside the air conditioning can get chilly.
- On the bus line. The public buses that run on Kulkulcan Boulevard all stop at the mall.
- Go in the evening. Catch the 10-minute show about Mayan history, which takes place daily in English at 7:30 p.m. and Spanish at 8 p.m.
