Pirate's Cove Adventure Golf Description
You may not be able to get enough of the rock-bound coast, but when the smaller members of the family need some frivolity, head for Pirate's Cove. Swashbuckle your way through one of two well-manicured 18-hole miniature golf courses, each dotted with pirate paraphernalia as they weave along streams, past waterfalls, and over bridges. (Those in-the-know prefer the original course to Black Beard's challenge -- it includes a hole on a pirate ship and a cave tucked under a waterfall, plus plenty of skeletons and buried treasure.)
Kid Tips
Toddlers & Pre-K: Younger kids will enjoy the pirate theme, but most don't have the coordination or patience for this activity.
School-Age Kids: Be warned, matey. They'll probably like it so much, it could become a tradition.
Pre-Teens & Teens: Take them after dinner when they're more likely to find other kids their age.
Planning Notes
- Go in the morning or early afternoon. The courses jam up during the busy late afternoon and early evening hours.
Just the Facts
Hours: Daily, 9 a.m.-11 p.m.; call for hours before Memorial Day and after Labor Day. Open mid-April through October.
Fees: $10 - $20
Recommended Time: 1 to 2 hours
Reviews of Pirate's Cove Adventure Golf
Good times for all

What we loved:
Great fun for all. Lots of places to take each other's picture.
What we didn't love:
Under waterfall there's a skeleton yammering but drowned out by the falls.
We all had a great time. My 8 year old nephew got freaked out by some of the pirate statues & such but everyone had a great time. There are lots of places on the coarse & off to take each other's picture such as next to pirates on in pillaries & stocks. The coars let us have one extra person since it wasn't busy because we took the advice of this site & went early. Good coarse some holes challenging, some easy. Read More
