Tubing at Dollar Mountain Description
Done with skiing? Grab an inner tube and hurl yourself down the snowy slopes of Dollar Mountain for a fun change of pace. The sweetest part: You don't have to trudge back up the hill. A cable tow does the work for you, with maximum yeehaws as you zoom down groomed runs that are wide open and free of rocks and trees. No need to bring your own sled: Each tubing pass includes an inner tube and a free hot chocolate.
Kid Tips
Babies: Young children from 3 months and older can enjoy the lodge's licensed daycare facility while the rest of the family skis.
School-Age Kids: Kids must be at least 42 inches tall to tube.
Pre-Teens & Teens: There's no age limit for "tubers" — adults can join the fun, too.
Planning Notes
- Wear snow boots. No ski boots, metal cleats, or other hard-soled footwear.
