What we didn't love:
Verbally abusive to Special Needs Children
While the view was spectacular, the employees were not, in fact they were terrible. I took my Special Needs son there for horseback riding. I called to confirm that they were comfortable with dealing with children with special needs. They assured me that they had many other special needs people come through their gates & were okay with it as long as the horses were not being mistreated. My son at the time age 8 did wonderful with the animals. At the end of the ride a male employee offered to take a picture of my son while he was sitting on the horse. My son was not looking at the camera so the male employee said "face me". My son then turned his body, legs included, to face him as instructed. The employee went hysterical yelling at my son "You fool, you fool!" My son was mortified and horribly embarrassed. When we brought this to the owners attention, there was no apology, no acknowledgement to any wrong doing. They accused my entire family of fabricating the story.
