Tybee Marine Science Center Description
This is no ordinary aquarium. Baby alligators, treefrogs, and a Polkadot batfish are just a few of the wild things to ogle here. Kids will get a thrill meeting an Atlantic octopus in the local marinelife exhibit, checking out Turtle Crossing, and picking up horseshoe crabs and other water critters in the touch tank.

Hours: 9 a.m.-5 p.m. daily; Closed at Noon on Tuesdays.

What we loved:
there is a touch tank
What we didn't love:
too tiny
This is basically three rooms with some small fish tanks in them. It took us about 5 minutes to walk through. I can see more sea life at my local pet shop. Its not worth it. Read More
