Andrew Low House Description
Who knew cotton balls could make you rich? This former prison (kids will love that detail) was the home of cotton-man Andrew Low, who once was known as the richest man in the city of Savannah. The house was also the birthplace of the Girl Scouts. See how Low lived, how the Girl Scouts started, and what life was like in Savannah's golden age.
