What we loved:
Learning many overlooked facts onstage and backstage

What we didn't love:
Price

This is known as one of the most popular Magic Kingdom guided tours and I can certainly see why. Starting at Main Street, there are many things that guests do not notice going into the park, such as the names on the second and third floor windows. Moving on to Adventureland, the group went on the Jungle Cruise and got facts from Patrick, the tour guide, instead of the skippers jokes. After the Jungle Cruise, Pirates of the Caribbean was next. Patrick gave us a scavenger hunt to find a pirate with a pegleg, one with a hook, and five pirates addressed by name. Then we walked through Frontierland with a quick trip backstage to lunch at Columbia Harbor House included in the tour. After lunch, we went into what Patrick called a house inhabited by only two living beings, the other 999 were dead. Most people know this as the classic Liberty Square attraction, The Haunted Mansion. There were more things to look for as we rode through the mansion. After going through the mansion, we went backstage again to a place some people dream of going to, others would hate to see. I wont disclose what it is. In order to see what it is, take the Keys to the Kingdom tour. The tour ended back at City Hall on Main Street. The best part about our tour was the guide. Patrick was so knowledgeable and he was able to answer any question the group had. It was also very cool to be among other guests who are as enthused about Disney Parks as I am. I recommend this tour to anyone 16 and older because guests under 16 cannot participate. Dont try to fake a kids age. They ask for proof of birth date. As long as you are able to walk for about 5 hours and you wish to learn a lot about one of Disneys flagship parks, this tour is for you. Just be prepared to shell out 75 dollars per person. That was the only drawback of the tour. If I go to Walt Disney World again with someone else I am with I went on this tour alone but with other guests, I would definitely take this tour again with the rest of my party because it was so informative and even sometimes there were facts I knew that I got to share with the group. Bottom line: If you are 16 and older, willing to pay 75 dollars, and wanting to learn a lot about Magic Kingdom, take the Keys to the Kingdom tour. You will be glad you did! Read More
