Key West Shipwreck Historeum Description
Although several wrecking museums call the city home (a nod to early Key West's part in salvaging sunken treasure), this place really sets the kids' imaginations on fire. In fact, a wrecker in period costume is all set to recruit them for his next venture by helping them perfect their yell, "Wreck ashore!" Kids may breeze past the museum's salvaged artifacts, but they'll linger as they climb the 65-foot lookout tower to hunt for a possible new shipwreck.

Kid Tips
Toddlers & Pre-K: Where else are they encouraged to yell? Older tykes will enjoy the climb.
School-Age Kids: Kids this age will enjoy the show's participatory nature without thinking the actors hokey.
