Wild Whales Vancouver Description
The wind, the waves, and the whales make this the trip of a lifetime for kids and grownups alike. Kids will squeal with delight when they see the majestic orca whales and other sea life, including seals, porpoises, sea lions, otters, and eagles. Two boats take only one tour each day, so they're able to stay out to sea as long as it takes to find and spend time with the whales. Choose between a semi-enclosed boat or an open-to-the-elements thrill ride.
Kid Tips
Babies: Opt for the enclosed boat for the best napping environment.
School-Age Kids: Older kids will love the abundant sea life. Adventurous types will enjoy the open-air boat.
Pre-Teens & Teens: Young adults will enjoy a thrilling ride on the open-air Pod Pilot. The whales are just the icing on the cake.
Planning Notes
- Dress appropriately. Wear layers and flat-soled shoes.
- Make reservations. Tours fill up quickly.
- Pack a snack or lunch. Tours last anywhere from three to seven hours, depending on where the whales are, so be prepared for hungry tummies.
