The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror™ Description
For pure entertainment value, nothing beats being hauled up to the top of a 13-story structure ... and then unceremoniously dropped back down. For older kids (and even some daring younger ones), this is top-of-the-line entertainment. Everyone shrieks happily as the "elevator" reaches the top, opens its doors for one last bird's eye view, and then plunges riders back down the shaft. It could be just a garden-variety drop ride, but the creepy setting and "Twilight Zone" touches make it a real thrill.

Kid Tips
Pre-Teens & Teens: Computer programs change the drop sequence (how often you drop and from how high) each time. That makes it a great ride to experience several times.
Planning Notes
- Note height requirements. Riders must be 40 inches tall to ride.
- Get the FastPass® Service. At its most crowded, lines can get extensive, although the wait is typically "13" minutes.
