Fantasmic! Description

The mama of all Disneyland shows is a don't-miss. Performed after dark on the River of the Americas, Fantasmic! weaves a tale of Mickey vs. the Wicked Queen from Snow White, told with all forms of special effects and wizardry. The best parts include Tinkerbell projected on a cascade of water and a thrilling duel between Peter Pan and Captain Hook aboard the Sailing Ship Columbia. The grand finale, featuring just about every prince and princess ever drawn, leaves kids wide-eyed.

Kid Tips

Babies: With fireworks explosions, the show is quite loud and better for older kids.

Toddlers & Pre-K: Fantasmic! is attended by a sea of people. Without prime seats, young children will have a difficult time seeing anything.

Pre-Teens & Teens: Even jaded, too-cool teens will love it -- even if they don't cop to it later.

Planning Notes

Call ahead. Times change seasonally, and shows can be cancelled due to weather. Check for information on the way in.

Location, location, location. Watch the show from wherever you can clearly see Tom Sawyer Island. Good locations include the grass in front of Cafe Orleans and on the bridge in front of the >Pirates of the Caribbean® Attraction.

Early birds are special. Plan to arrive early as people start saving their spots hours ahead of time.
