Grand Canyon Caverns Description

Deep inside Grand Canyon Caverns, the largest dry caverns in the country, you'll discover fossils and and other remains still in the limestone walls. The twisty trails were millions of years in the making, but today they're well-lit and easily accessible via an elevator ride. Take a two-hour or half-day tour, or stay overnight in the campground or motel. The grounds span 800 acres and include formal gardens, a rodeo ring, and a Native American village.
