Flightseeing Over Mount McKinley Description
For an unforgettable family memory, you can't beat flying over the 20,000-foot Mt. McKinley and Denali Park. In these small planes, every passenger gets a window seat and headset, with the pilot narrating every peak and valley you see. To really do it right, though, add a glacier landing and give your family a once in a lifetime experience. Bring a football for the kids to toss in the snow, and don't forget to take your family's holiday photo!

Planning Notes
- Reserve your flight early during your stay. The weather is unpredictable near the mountains. Reserving early buys flexibility in case your flight needs to be pushed back due to weather.
- What to wear and bring.Wear close-toed shoes and layers or a light jacket. Bring sunglasses and a fully-charged camera (and perhaps an extra memory card). Don't forget snacks — there's no food available at the airport or on the planes.
- Request the co-pilot seat.You cannot reserve this seat, but if the pilot gives the OK for the plane's weight and balance, you can request it.
- Bring your own Dramamine. K2 Aviation does not provide any medication for motion sickness, and the ride can be a little bumpy in these small planes.
