Company Town Cottages Description
Families heading for Roche Harbor will enjoy staying in the seaside Company Town Cottages, occupied over a hundred years ago by the families of the men who worked the local lime kilns. The simple, rustic cottages have two bedrooms and a kitchen, a porch, a grill, and picnic table, with private parking. Kids can play in the large, grassy areas that surround the cottages, or head to the nearby pool, playground, and tennis courts. Many of the cottages have beautiful water and sunset views.
Planning Notes
- Make reservations as early as possible. The nine cottages are popular with families and are often fully booked in the summer.
- Shop for groceries at King's Market in Friday Harbor. There's a small market in Roche Harbor, but the selections are limited. For families staying any length of time, it's best to stop at the larger King's Market on the way from the ferry.
