Lakedale Resort Description
The privately owned Lakedale Resort is 82 acres of family camping fun. Three lakes provide plenty of swimming and fishing, and boat lovers can rent paddleboats, rowboats, or canoes. If tent camping is a little too rough for you, consider a "canvas cabin," complete with queen-sized bed and dining table. Reservations accepted.

Planning Notes
- Check the website for the most current campsite map. Campsites are re-evaluated annually for location and quality, so things shift a little year-to-year.
- Call early for the best sites. Phone reservations open on March 1, and the staff is happy to help you choose the campsite that's best for you, whether it's small or large, near water or inland, and accessible by car or only by hiking and biking.
- Prepare to "go dark." There's no mobile phone access at Lakedale, and wireless Internet access is available only in the main lodge or elsewhere on the island.
