With striped green wallpaper, postmodern art on the walls, and busy, pleasing décor, this boutique hotel located in the heart of downtown Salt Lake City is within walking distance of everything. Young travelers will be delighted by the goodie bag filled with toys and crayons presented upon arrival, and will have a hard time leaving behind the kid-sized terry cloth leopard print robe that awaits in the closet.
Planning Notes
- Ask for a goldfish. It's a pet-friendly hotel, but if you don't bring your own you can borrow one of theirs.
- Bring your computer. There's free Wifi in every room. Computers in the lobby can access the Internet for a nominal fee. If you need to print your boarding pass, ask at the front desk.
- Parking is extra. The only option is valet parking, which costs $15.50 plus tax per 24 hours. Bring some singles to tip the valets.
