Costa Azul Adventure Resort Description
The first thing we saw on arriving at Costa Azul was four shiny, saddled horses standing on the cobblestone street in front of the resort with smiling, squirming ecstatic kids about to embark on a trail ride. When we asked if my daughter could join the ride, the obliging guide departed and returned ten minutes later with a horse for her. That's the kind of friendly, "we'll make it happen" spiriit that's made Costa Azul, a small, family-owned resort in the beachside town of San Francisco (known popularly as San Pancho), one of those word-of-mouth favorites that families come back to year after year.
