Despite its name, this family-friendly and luxurious resort is located 25 miles south of Cancun in the laid-back resort town of Puerto Morales along the Riviera Maya. When you stay in a special Family Concierge Suite, each child checking in receives a "Paradise Kids Beach Kit" that comes with a T-shirt and hat, backpack, and beach toys. All family members will be issued walkie-talkies to stay in touch with each other on the resort, too. Many Family Concierge Suite families take advantage of the hotel's two kids' clubs: Club 4 – (ages 2 months to four years), which includes a supervised game room and sleeping room (kids are divided into two groups: 6 months-1.5 years and 2-4 years); and Mini Club – (ages 5-12), which includes such activities as balloon fights, soccer, sand castle building, cooking classes, mini-Olympics, mini-disco, movies and a puppet show.
