The Brown Hotel Description

The historic Brown Hotel is a sumptuous treat for families, with elegant furnishings (five-inch pillow top mattress, 300-plus thread count sheets, marble in the bathrooms) and attentive service even to the youngest guest. There is no pool or arcade at the Brown, but for children accustomed to traveling in style, the lack of kid-friendly amenities will not be an issue.

Planning Notes

Go clubbing. The club level offers breakfast each morning and appetizers and cocktails in the evening, a nice perk and a bit of a cost savings for families.
Freebies. WiFi is available throughout the hotel (including guest rooms) at no additional charge, and complimentary round-trip transportation is offered to and from the airport—just call ahead to reserve.
