Staff was not helpful and rude. Condo wasnt nice.
I found the condo to be full of old smelly furniture that I might have 2nd thoughts of giving away. A light bulb was missing in a lamp. One remote was missing, the other was not tuned to the television. The bathroom was dirty and the ventilation was clogged with dirt. Getting to the parking garage was a total pain. Someone parked in my designated parking spot which took 3 aggravating hours to remedy. The doorman threatened to boot my car or tow me away if I parked elsewhere. Turns out it was the owner of the condo I rented which owns VacationRentChicago.com. Sorry, but I was completely unsatisfied with my stay.
