Perfect Hawaii Experience

What we loved:
Beautiful, old Hawaii
Our family stayed in the Lehua, Hibiscus, and Ilima rooms. The hibiscus and lehua shared a common doorway which can be opened for families, the Lehua room and Ilima share a common, private exterior hallway and entrance. It was like having a small family suite which worked well for our teen aged children. Our rooms were a smaller than the upstairs rooms that we saw but suited our purpose and we enjoyed sitting out on our private garden areas. Everyone enjoyed breakfast, getting to meet people from all over. Walked around the neighborhood, full of older homes most originally built between the 20s-40s Im told. Definitely not a touristy area which we loved, got to meet a some of the local families. This was also a great base for us doing the drives to Haleakala, Hana and Kaanapali. Read More
