This hotel has comfortable beds, suites with mini kitchens, scenic views of the ocean and Coconut Island, walking paths, ancient banyan trees, and a friendly staff. Just two miles from downtown Hilo and close to the airport, the location is also great.
Planning Notes
- One caveat to our wholehearted recommendation: don't eat at the hotel restaurant. There are plenty of great restaurants in Hilo and the hotel food is ... not so great.
- Reserve on-line. Though regular rates are between $190-$250/night, you can find specials for as little as $80/night with a five-day stay.
- Ask for a pack 'n play or a crib. Available free upon request.
- Just minutes from the airport. If you're flying into or out of Hilo, the location is perfect.
