• Provide the ages of your children. Special amenities for children, including slippers, bathrobes, and activity kits, are provided upon arrival.
• Expect a personalized itinerary. If it's your first time in London and you would like help getting oriented, the concierge will be in touch in advance by e-mail to plan an itinerary for your family and help pre-book kid-friendly theater shows.
• Babysitters available. The apartments work with a babysitting agency called Hopes and Dreams which provides First Aid certified, trained babysitters with full references (£16 for booking plus an hourly rate, which varies from £13.50 pounds to £15 pounds/an hour, depending on the age of the child).
• Leave the crib and stroller at home. Pack n' plays, cribs, and strollers available free of charge as long as you make advanced arrangements.
• Pre-arrival grocery service. Send a list in advance and the concierge will stock your fridge (from Whole Foods) before you arrive!
• Ask for the family package. A 7-night mininium stay and one night of babysitting is cheaper than booking three nights for the normal rate. Look for other offers on the Internet.
