Four Seasons Hotel Toronto Description

Kids are sold from the first sight of complimentary room-service delivered milk and on arrival. Add in free bicycles and video games to borrow, an indoor/outdoor pool and a bathrobe that's just their size and suddenly this is "the best trip ever." In trendy Yorkville, there's a movie theatre, shops and cool restaurants nearby all with an upscale neighbourhood vibe.

Planning Notes

  • Think ahead. Babysitters are arranged through a reputable agency for a fee ($28 an hr with a three-hour minimum). Give at least eight hours notice to better your chances of securing one.
  • Pack light. Leave your strollers, books, games, cribs and childproofing gizmos at home. The hotel offers them all on a complimentary basis.
  • Walk and Shop. Yorkville is a great neighbourhood for people watching. Pull up to a bench in the parkette and let the kids burn off steam. Then take an evening stroll along Bloor Street west where you'll get some window shopping done and they can enjoy an after-dinner treat.
