Joe T. Garcia's Description
It started as a 16-seat restaurant in 1935, but the Fort Worth institution now seats 1,000 people, which might sound like a huge crowd but in reality is a fiest in the making. Huge plates of food are served up and meant to be shared — fajitas and nachos, family plates filled with nachos, enchiladas, tacos, rice, beans, guacamole and more.
