What we loved:
Sweet potato pancakes w/ cinnamon cream!
What we didn't love:
Staff are not overly friendly...
My family and I, including my 7 yr old, love going to the Pancake Pantry! They have the best pancake breakfast in Nashville! The sweet potato pancakes w/ homemade cinnamon cream syrup are heavenly!!! Great atmosphere, only complaint is that the wait staff are not overly friendly by any means. My daughter and I just enjoyed breakfast there for her birthday her pancakes came with a candle!, and I dont remember our waitress smiling even once! We were taken care of, ie drinks were filled and food came in a timely manner, but its always nice to feel welcomed by a friendly face! I suggest getting there at opening on weekdays and would almost rather avoid going on the weekend... the wait line can be up to an hour long! 6am on a Wednesday= no wait!!
