An enormous menu plus a soup, salad, and bread bar equals happy campers all around. Families feel comfortable here, and there's always something to eat whether your choice is burgers, pizza, a sandwich, salad, or steak. Whatever you get, do yourself a favor and try the sweet potato fries.

- Sunday brunch. This is a great place to start your Sunday; just make sure to reserve ahead, as the place gets busy.
- Bring your appetite. Portions are huge. Consider sharing an entree, if only to leave room for dessert.
- Reservation note. Brick Alley takes a very limited number of reservations per night. Call early in your vacation or even before you arrive in Newport to save your seat. A word of caution: Waits here often run 45 minutes or longer on an in-season Friday or Saturday night.
