Astoria Coffeehouse Café Description
With pastries to rival those found in Paris, this charming café serves organic food and world-class Stumptown coffee. Weather permitting, patrons order at the counter and then eat at one of the indoor open-air tables. Although this popular spot is often busy, food is served quickly and there's seldom a wait.
Planning Notes
- Go for breakfast. The "Breakfast Florentine," an egg on an English muffin with organic spinach, tomatoes, and Hollandaise sauce, is under $4. The best (and most delicious) deal in town.
- Live local music. They sometimes have local jazz bands perform in the evenings. Check the events calendar for more information.
- No kid's menu. Although anything you order will be delicious by adult standards, fussy kids who only eat yellow macaroni and cheese won't find it here.
