Sunnyside Restaurant Description
The view from the deck is the reason you'll pay $10 for a burger, but it's worth it. Kids will be entertained by the constant parade of boats that owners tie up to the dock on their way to grab a bite to eat. Save room for dessert -- the hotel is famous for its "Hula Pie," a super-sized slab of macadamia nut ice cream piled onto a chocolate cookie crust, and topped with fudge and whipped cream.
Planning Notes
- Reservations are a must. The lake's dining deck is always hopping, so if you don't want to wait, call ahead. Tables inside are often easier to come by, however, and most of the indoor tables do have lake views.
