Joe Bologna's Description

The portions of homemade Italian favorites—warm breadsticks, cannelloni, manicotti, fettuccine Alfredo, and more—are generous enough to share, and while the food is scrumptious, the atmosphere at Joe Bologna's competes for attention. The former church-turned-synagogue-turned-restaurant has 41 stained glass windows, the original 1891 wood floors, and the original loft chandeliers from the synagogue days. Items from the kid's menu all hover around $5 each.

Planning Notes

Don't rush it. Whether visiting for lunch or dinner, there's usually a crowd, especially after University of Kentucky football and basketball games. Arrive just before the lunch or dinner rush and you'll be seated quickly.
