Fat Matt's Rib Shack Description
Fat Matt's Rib Shack is an experience. The line usually goes out the door, you watch as your ribs are barbecued in front of you, the repartee of the cooks is as fun as the food itself, and there's often live music. The ribs are sumptuous and there's something quintessentially Southern about the place.
Planning Notes
- Expect to wait. Lines sometimes get long but there's so much action that your children won't get bored. Just make sure they're not too hungry when you get there.
- Go early. The lines aren't as long if you get there right when they open in the morning or around 5 p.m. for dinner.
- Credit cards accepted. But reservations aren't.
