The Varsity Description
We just came from there! exclaimed two older ladies when asked for directions to this classic Atlanta eatery. Very popular with the locals, this enormous fast-food joint serves up hot dogs, BLTs, chicken salad sandwiches and more in a no frills, food-comes-instantly atmosphere.

- Go for lunch, dinner, or a late-night snack. This is often referred to as a diner, but it's not open for breakfast.
