My husband and I ordered from this establishment after finding a menu in our hotel room at the Orlando Vista. When the order arrived, we were overcharged for items that we did not order. They totally screwed up our order and offered no apology. My husband got no where with the delivery person and thought it would be best to call the restaurant itself. The employee who answered the phone said that there were no refunds or changes and that we had to speak to the manager the next day at 2:00? She was rude and took a bad attitude with my husband almost immediately. After a heated exchange my husband hung up the phone. I then called to get their address, the same girl gave me a bogus address, simply stating we're on route 492. I asked her for a complete address and she gave me the number 1089. I then explained to her that my husband ordered dinner for us and told her that the order was wrong. She stated, "you got a pizza and a kids meal, so you're all set." I tried to explain to her that the pizza and kids meal were correct, but they gave and charged us for an extra pizza with three toppings and a calazone with no toppings. Instead of rectifying the situation, she was rude and dropped the f-word with me several times. I told her that we did not want the food any longer and that we would come down to return it ourselves, after she stated that the driver couldn't return. She then said in a sarcastic tone "I would love for you to come down here." Getting nowhere with her and after being sworn at several times, I hung the phone up on her.

My husband then went down to the lobby of our hotel to check the internet for the real address to Mimo's. Once in the lobby an employee stated to him that they have had many complaints against this company for its rude treatment of their customers and for pulling similar scams.

In review, I highly advise not to do business with Mimo's Pizza. I am surprised, more haven't come forth against this business and it's deceptive practices. Visitors beware!!!! Make sure you only do business with legitimate established companies. This seems to be a real problem out here.
