The rude attitude
We had a reservation at Benihana's tonight for my son's birthday. As a student of Japanese culture, this was a special treat, planned weeks in advance. However, the valet staff was so rude and obnoxious that we walked in, cancelled our reservation, and left. What a terrible attitude. Everyone in our party agreed that there's no excuse for their behavior.
